Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

All bags are made to order unless marked "ready to ship". Orders within the US are shipped using USPS priority Mail. production time is typically between 2-3 weeks.  Rush order is available for additional cost, please contact me for details.   

International:

Orders are sent using First Class international Mail. Orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on where you're located. Mail can sometimes be delayed due to customs. Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

It is important that you are satisfied with your bag. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. we will work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds and exchanges will be on a case by case basis. Custom made bags cannot be returned unless there was a flaw in its construction.

Once packages have been shipped, shipping fees become non-refundable. Ellie Jane Bags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office.
 

Buyer is responsible for the shipping fees on returned items or exchanges.  Items must be shipped back in the condition in which they were received.

gifts may be returned for store credit only.
